Build a Rainbow Bridge
Did you ever wonder why . . . ?
The future of the internet depends on 2 things:
1. The security of your computer
2. Control of abuse like spam.
I see only one obvious solution to spam. View Email the same as normal postal service. Email should not be free and subject to abuse. Someone needs to pay for the bandwidth and that someone should be the user.
Regular mail obviously requires a stamp and no one can back a truck to a post office at night and dump a ton of junk mail through the back window expecting it to get delivered to householder in the morning.
Email needs a stamp, 1 or 2¢ per message is enough.
If your message isn't worth a penny or two, it's not worth sending.
I don't want to hear about exceptions like survey companies or fundraising companies or any others.
If sending your message isn't worth a penny or two, it's not worth receiving.
Internet Service Providers (ISPs) that agree, can be white listed, those that don't, can be ignored at your personal option.
Unfortunately this requires agreement, for world-wide ISPs, how to charge and whom to credit.
Personally, I don't care but the 2 obvious choices are:
1. Let the sending ISP collect and keep the stamp money.
2. Forward the stamp money to the receiving ISP and credit the recipient's account with the stamp money.
I like option 2 as I curently receive 3,000 to 30,000 spam related messages daily, I'd love to have spammers continue to send me messages at a penny or two each.
I'd be rich.
These pages are merely intended to get you thinking for yourself.
Stop "watching" the news and the commercials, forget the pictures, read and listen carefully to decide for yourself what makes sense. You may not be as stupid as you thought.
If it doesn't make sense to you, it very likely is nonsense.
It's a well known truism that "If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with b.s.".
Don't fall for that - Think!
